Escrow

In order to keep our interests protected and due to the fact we are building permanent links, we require that funds by setup in a reputable 3rd party esrow account such as www.escrow.com. Also, a formal contract will need to be signed by both parties.

Our links are as permanent as a link can be on the Internet.  They are HTML links and not database driven.  Once the link is placed, it is at the sole discretion of the webmaster to keep the link live.  Nearly all of our links stay active.
